Completing the questionnaire in entirety helps us process your accounts efficiently.
• If a question doesn't apply, simply mark it as N/A.
• Need help? Call us, schedule a meeting, or visit during our drop-off time: Thursdays 8:00AM-1:00PM (No appointments required during this time for dropping off information or quick discussions).
We require an engagement form to demonstrate to the IRD that we have authority to act on your behalf.
Please note: We need a separate form for each IRD return we file.
For example, if we file for a company and two individuals, you’ll need to sign three engagement forms.
